3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Prices for our products are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via various methods including but not limited to credit/debit cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery (COD). Payment methods may vary depending on your location and the nature of the transaction.
• In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices. We will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We offer shipping services to locations within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, chosen shipping method, and product availability.
• For in-stock products, delivery will typically occur within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase, barring any unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.
• Pre-order items require additional processing time. Delivery for pre-order items is estimated to take place within 12-24 working days from the date of purchase, subject to availability from our suppliers and shipping logistics.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Additional charges such as customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be liable for any delays or damages incurred during the shipping process that are beyond our control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Offshore Gadget, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product subject to the following conditions:

• The product is in its original packaging, intact, and the seal is unbroken (unopened).
• The reason for return meets one of the following valid conditions:

• Delivery of a faulty product.
• Delivery of products with missing parts.
