Return Procedure:

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is intact and the seal remains unbroken.

Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Acceptance Conditions:

The returned product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request or apply restocking fees.
